First of all, it’s a great question. As human beings, we all deal with this issue, no exception.
And most important of all, the latest science has recognized that our universe is mental not physical. The following article is written by a physicist, Richard Conn Henry, published in one of the best Peer Reviewed Journals in mainstream science, Nature, back in 2005.
The first line says “The only reality is mind and observations, but observations are not of things. To see the Universe as it really is, we must abandon our tendency to conceptualize observations as things.”
The last line is so powerful “The Universe is immaterial — mental and spiritual. Live, and enjoy.”
This is how important our mental health is! It’s creating either peace or maham in the universe.
Now we have this awareness, Let’s look at it on a level of our day to day life.
We all have critical people who might put you down, but you always have a choice not to let it in. This one decision of not letting in criticism would change your entire life.
We’re hardwired to fear rejection, because in the old days rejection meant death. Being banished from the tribes, there’s only death waiting.
This has been intentionally used to make people conform and behave, so they don’t do weird stuff or steal etc. Throughout cultures and times, difficult sailors are dropped off the boat onto an island, difficult prisoners are shut in isolation. Even parents send their naughty children to their room.
You could die from rejection in the past. It could end your world but now you can’t. Because you can’t die from rejection. It may feel like you can but you can’t and no one can reject you unless you give them permission.
I can’t be rejected, sure, somebody can say something mean but I don’t have to let it in. “They’re mean because they’re having a bad day.” “They’re mean because they’re unhappy.”
Critical people always have the most criticism reserved for themselves and a critic feels so bad that they want you to feel bad so they’ll try and diminish you or elevate themselves.
The best way to deal with it, just let people say whatever they like. If you have to, just simply reply“Thanks for sharing that! It’s irrelevant to me.”
Actually, if you look around, nobody is intentionally trying to reject people. It’s “hurt people” HURT people. If we really want to heal the hurt of humanity, we got to go back to the root cause – the original traumas from childhood. When you heal your original traumas, naturally, you won’t be triggered by other people’s rejections/actions. You can bounce back easily.
If we use an analogy, think of your brain like a computer. It has an auto-correct mechanism built into the subconscious mind. I can have my conscious mind typing on the computer about what’s going on in the world but I need to type something that can be translated and sent to the body. If I type something that the subconscious doesn’t recognize, it will do like an autocorrect and change what I wrote to fit something that’s in the subconscious programs.
If I put in “love” and the subconscious program says, “Love hurts” “Danger” It will autocorrect. Because, our subconscious mind’s main job is to keep you alive and stay away from danger/pain.
Misinterpretation will lead you to avoid love in life regardless how hard you’re trying to find/get love.
So the point is your wishes and desires of your conscious mind are filtered by the programs in your subconscious mind and if you have a wish or desire that doesn’t conform to a program that already exists, then the subconscious mind’s job is to re-translate that into something that makes sense for the subconscious belief not for the conscious.
For example, when you use your cell phone to write something, let’s say when I type “epigenetics” in the phone, my phone database says “I don’t know that word at all.” Because it’s a new word. Then it offers different options that could be closely resembling “epigenetics”. So if I put something into my system that is not supported by the program then the programming system will change whatever I did to accommodate what it believes is right.
The key is if I want to have “epigenetics” in my phone, then what I really have to do is to open up my dictionary and add the word “epigenetics” and now after that, anytime I write “epigenetics” the phone mechanism will understand what I’m talking about. Going into the database and changing the program is the function of what Rapid Transformational Therapy is all about. It says if your behavior is not conforming to your wishes and desires then it will be necessary to go into your program to install new behaviors that you want to manifest so now the brain will have a reflection or resource of what you’re talking about. In short, you can rewrite your subconscious programs.
If you take the wishes and desires of the conscious mind and use that as a program to put the beliefs into the subconscious mind. It’s the most exciting and liberating thing you can ever do in your life. Do you know why? Because once it’s in the subconscious program, 95% of the day without you even thinking about it, your mind will take you to that direction and that is your freedom.
If you want a love relationship, you need to clear up the old system programs and replace them with your conscious desires and wishes in your subconscious mind. Basically rewrite your programs.
If you want happiness, material wealth, health, fitness… in fact anything at all, it’s the same process. This is also the fundamental truth about the Law of Attraction. You attract what/who you are, not what you want.
Once you do this, watch how many opportunities show up that were never there before because the wanting part actually pushes them away. In reality, any wanting without doing the subconscious programming affirms lack. You will then only attract lack in your experience.
To conclude, not letting in rejection is crucial to maintain mental health. But doing subconscious de-programming and reprogramming shifts your entire reality and your life to a whole new level. It’s the one thing that changes everything.
