According to research, Every year, by the beginning of February, approximately 80% of new goals have been abandoned (Luciani, 2015). New Year’s resolutions are disrupted in many ways, and one of the most prevalent is self-sabotage.

What is self sabotage?
Self-sabotage occurs when we destroy ourselves physically, mentally, or emotionally or deliberately hinder our own success and wellbeing by undermining personal goals and values. It can happen consciously or unconsciously depending on level of awareness. An example of conscious self-sabotage is deciding to eat cake, despite a goal to eat healthy. Unconscious self-sabotage happens when a personal goal or value has been undermined but not initially recognized.
Someone with a fear of failure might wait until the last minute to work on an important project, unconsciously avoiding the prospect of advancement.
If Self sabotage is detrimental, why do we do it?

♾Every part of the life is meant to be for our highest good. Only acceptance can set us free and then we can choose again from the truth instead of the resistance-illusion.

Wherever we are in life, know that we’re responsible with our frequency that we sent out to the universe/God/Source. With unconditional love, everything match that frequency is created for us to experience in our reality, that includes poverty, unrest, wars... as difficult as it is to understand, but the more we point finger out there or to others, the more stuck we are to the situation.

The most effective way to break frree from the unwanted experiences is just simply shift your attention to what you want to experience, the possibilities that you want to see. Only focus on that, do not deviate. Because where your focus is, your energy goes. Every time you talk about/think about/write about the unwanted circumstances, you activate that energy.

That’s why war on drugs only makes it bigger and out of control; war on teenage pregancy, making the situation worse. You cannot bring peace with war!

Truth is simple. Whatever you want, just embody that frequency. Just like what Ghandi said: Be the change you want to see in the world.

Each and every one of us is super powerful. When you tune into your truth and utilize your power, there’s nothing can stop you.

Yes, we acknowledge it is what it is. No need to deny anything. There are wars going on in different parts of the world. People are suffering. But everyone, stop and have a look where are you focusing your attention?

If you know everything is within, what have you been doing for the self?
So many things about the self are hidden in plain sight! On my recent journey of self discovery, I realized for the first time that I never really cried to express myself in front of others. I asked my mom after I showed her this video and she confirmed that even as a baby, I never really cried. Omg!
The years of panned up tears finally released and fully acknowledged, accepted and let go. Now I can experience the fullness of me. 🙏🥰
🤗I invite whoever tuning in here to ask yourself: What have I not acknowledged/accepted/let go about myself that’s holding me back?
Let this question be in the background. Don’t rush to answer it. Let it unfold for you. It’s self discovery not about rushing to get somewhere.
